Techniques 101 Blog Hop – Heat Embossing

What an honor to be invited to participate in the Global Design Team that focuses on the various techniques, the first Wednesday of each month. This means you can be inspired by taking a look at all the great examples using the same technique that was created by members of the other countries design team. En juin, c'est l'embossage thermique qui est à l'honneur dans ce blog hop technique.

Je vais vous expliquer comment réaliser une carte pupitre avec une technqiue d'embossage et d'encres.

Pour commencer, vous aurez besoin des papiers selon la photo ci-après:

In June, it is the heat embossing which is honored in this technical blog hop.
I'll explain how to perform a desk with a card embossing and ink technqiue.
To start, you'll need papers according to the picture below:

Sur le morceaux de 26 cm x 13 cm, marquez un pli à 6,5 et 13cm

On the pieces of 10 "x 5", score at 2 1/2 "and 5"

Coller comme sur la photo le morceau de 13 x 13cm sur le premier morceau de papier

Paste as pictured piece of 5" x 5" on the first piece of paper

Puis superposer le morceau de 11,5 x 11,5 cm suivant la photo ci dessous

Then overlay the piece of 4" x 4" following the photo below

Nous allons commencer l'embossage à chaud avec de l'encre Versamark et de la poudre à embosser pour mettre en valeur le set de tampons "moroccan nights"

We will start the hot embossing with Versamark ink and embossing powder to enhance the set of buffers "moroccan nights"

Pour commencer il faut tamponner le motif avec l'encre Versamark avant de soupoudrer le pour à embosser puis ensuite il faut enlever le surplus de poudre

To begin we must stamp the ground with Versamark ink before the sprinkle embossing for then must remove excess powder

Avec le pistolet chauffant, nous allons faire fondre la poudre qui deviendra brillante.

With the heat gun, we'll melt the powder will become bright.

Pour mettre en valeur ce tampon, nous allons utiliser les nouvelles couleurs in'color

To highlight this stamp, we will use the new colors in'color

Avec les doigts en mousse nous allons déposer de la couleur selon nos envies

With foam fingers we will file the color according to our desires

Quand vous aurez terminé votre colorisation, enlever l'excédent de couleur avec un mouchoir en papier

When you have finished coloring, remove the color excess with a tissue
